Program Description
This page applies to agency administrators and operators who submit a contact or pilot-request form on the Home Health Workforce website and explicitly agree to receive SMS follow-up messages from us about that inquiry.
These messages are separate from the caregiver messaging program described on our SMS Terms & Opt-In page.
How You Opt In
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on the Home Health Workforce contact form before submitting your pilot request or inquiry.
What Messages We Send
- Pilot-request follow-up
- Scheduling and meeting coordination
- Product and onboarding follow-up related to your inquiry
Message Frequency
You can expect approximately 1 to 6 messages per month, depending on where you are in the pilot or sales process.

How to Opt Out
You can opt out of these messages at any time by replying STOP. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.
