Program description: Home Health Workforce provides a caregiver retention and engagement platform for home health agencies. Our services include automated SMS messaging to caregivers on behalf of their employing agencies, covering schedule check-ins, engagement outreach, shift availability inquiries, and general customer care communications.

SMS Messaging Terms

The following terms apply to SMS messaging services provided through our platform. For complete SMS opt-in details and program disclosure, see our SMS Terms & Opt-In page and our Caregiver SMS Consent Examples page.

Consent and Enrollment

Caregivers are enrolled in SMS communications by their home health agency employer. Agencies are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from caregivers prior to enrollment. Caregivers may also opt in by texting START to our messaging number.

Agency administrators who submit the website contact form may separately opt in to inquiry-related SMS follow-up. That program is documented on our Agency Contact SMS Terms page.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the engagement sequence configured by the home health agency. Caregivers can expect to receive approximately 1-6 messages per month.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Consult your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time. To stop receiving messages, text STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from our platform. Valid opt-out keywords include: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS service is available on all major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
