Program name: Home Health Workforce Caregiver Engagement

Home Health Workforce provides an SMS-based caregiver engagement platform for home health and home care agencies. When your agency enrolls you in the program, you will receive text messages related to:

  • Schedule check-ins and shift availability
  • Engagement and retention outreach
  • Customer care and support communications

How to Opt In

There are two ways caregivers are enrolled in SMS messaging:

  1. Agency enrollment: Your home health agency enrolls you during the employment onboarding process. Your agency is responsible for obtaining your consent before enrollment.
  2. Text to join: You can opt in at any time by texting START to (732) 800-5677.

By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from Home Health Workforce on behalf of your home health agency at the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of employment or any purchase.

This caregiver program is separate from the website pilot-request form used by agency administrators. Agency contact-form follow-up is documented on our Agency Contact SMS Terms page.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the engagement sequence configured by your home health agency. You can expect to receive approximately 1 to 6 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply. Consult your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan. Home Health Workforce is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time. To stop receiving messages, text any of the following keywords to (732) 800-5677:

  • STOP
  • STOPALL
  • UNSUBSCRIBE
  • CANCEL
  • END
  • QUIT

After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from our platform. You can re-enroll at any time by texting START to (732) 800-5677.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS service is supported on all major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your information is used solely to deliver caregiver engagement messages on behalf of your employing agency.
